管控提升空氣質量排名
2017年(nian),聚光科技在歷史(shi)數據研(yan)判(pan)分析基礎上(shang),采(cai)用空氣(qi)質量走航監測車、激光雷達監測車等(deng)技術對宿(su)州市(shi)顆粒物的整體污染(ran)特征(zheng)進行了摸排分析,并制定了管控(kong)策略。2018年(nian)-2019年(nian),通過在當地組建(jian)技術組、走航巡查組等(deng)專(zhuan)業團隊,建(jian)立網格分級、部門聯動、污染(ran)巡查等(deng)機制,并提(ti)供(gong)動態研(yan)判(pan)分析、污染(ran)巡查處置、敏感點(dian)防控(kong)策略以及工地揚塵、散(san)煤、餐飲(yin)油煙等(deng)污染(ran)源專(zhuan)項管控(kong)服(fu)務,逐(zhu)步降(jiang)低PM2.5濃(nong)度,提(ti)升空氣(qi)質量排名(ming)。
2018年宿州市PM2.5濃(nong)度明顯(xian)下降,擺脫倒一,下降率全(quan)省第3(-17.71%)。
2019年宿州市PM2.5濃度明顯下降(jiang),下降(jiang)率省內排名第1(-9.09%)。
2019年(nian)1-12月宿州市空(kong)氣質(zhi)量改善幅度居168重點城市第一。
精準臭氧管控技術服務
2020年4月,聚光科技(ji)進(jin)(jin)駐湖(hu)北宜昌,利用當地基礎(chu)空氣質量監(jian)測(ce)數據、光化學全(quan)流程監(jian)測(ce)數據以(yi)及(ji)走航技(ji)術開(kai)展臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)污染特(te)征分析(xi)(xi)、VOCs區域整體特(te)征摸(mo)排、臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)成因(yin)(yin)診斷(duan)及(ji)來源解析(xi)(xi)工(gong)作(zuo),并組建數據分析(xi)(xi)組、走航巡查(cha)組,確(que)定(ding)指導專家,建立了宜昌市本地化臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)研判分析(xi)(xi)機制(zhi)、日會商機制(zhi)、預報預警機制(zhi)。針對(dui)宜昌市工(gong)業企業、加油站等行業開(kai)展了拉網式巡查(cha)和突擊(ji)巡查(cha),形(xing)成巡查(cha)問題臺賬,整理特(te)征因(yin)(yin)子庫,保障(zhang)臭(chou)(chou)氧(yang)污染防治(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo)有序(xu)推進(jin)(jin)。
2019年(nian)5-8月(yue)(yue)均為不降反升,2020年(nian)均改善為同比顯著下(xia)降。變化率(lv)湖北(bei)省內排名各月(yue)(yue)均有提升,2020年(nian)8月(yue)(yue)下(xia)降率(lv)居(ju)全省第一。

臭氧濃(nong)度(du)顯著(zhu)下降,6月同(tong)比下降29μg/m3;7月同(tong)比下降38μg/m3,8月同(tong)比下降30μg/m3。
2020年1-6月,宜(yi)昌市空氣質量改善幅(fu)度居全國(guo)168城(cheng)市第一。
