NH3N-2000型氨氮在線分析(xi)儀采用(yong)(yong)納(na)氏(shi)試劑光(guang)(guang)度(du)法檢測(ce)原理。經(jing)預處理的(de)(de)水(shui)樣通過掩蔽劑掩蔽干擾離子(zi),然后顯(xian)色光(guang)(guang)度(du)檢測(ce),完(wan)成氨氮濃度(du)的(de)(de)快(kuai)速測(ce)定(ding)。儀器采用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)測(ce)量方法符合《水(shui)質氨氮的(de)(de)測(ce)定(ding)納(na)氏(shi)試劑分光(guang)(guang)光(guang)(guang)度(du)法》(HJ535-2009)標準(zhun)要求。
TPN-2000型總磷(lin)在(zai)(zai)線分析儀采用過(guo)硫酸鉀消解-磷(lin)鉬藍(lan)光度(du)法(fa)檢(jian)測(ce)原理。經預(yu)處理的水(shui)(shui)樣在(zai)(zai)高溫高壓條(tiao)件下消解,然后顯色(se)光度(du)檢(jian)測(ce),完成(cheng)總磷(lin)濃度(du)的快(kuai)速測(ce)定。儀器采用的測(ce)量方法(fa)符合《水(shui)(shui)質 總磷(lin)的測(ce)定鉬酸銨分光光度(du)法(fa)》(GB 11893-89)標(biao)準要求(qiu)。

針對我國當(dang)前地表水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、飲用水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源揮(hui)發(fa)性有(you)機物(wu)(VOCs)在(zai)(zai)線(xian)監(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)需求,聚光科技(ji)自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)研(yan)發(fa)了VOC-3000 水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)揮(hui)發(fa)性有(you)機物(wu)在(zai)(zai)線(xian)監(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)。VOC-3000 水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)揮(hui)發(fa)性有(you)機物(wu)在(zai)(zai)線(xian)監(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)集(ji)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)進(jin)(jin)樣(yang)、吹掃、富(fu)集(ji)、解(jie)吸、色譜分(fen)離和數據(ju)處理(li)于一體,可無人監(jian)(jian)守下連(lian)續運行(xing),準(zhun)確測(ce)(ce)量水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)VOCs濃度,實時遠程傳輸測(ce)(ce)量結(jie)果,實現水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)體VOCs污染程度的監(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)與(yu)預(yu)警。 系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)原理(li) 系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)將水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)樣(yang)采(cai)集(ji)并加熱送入(ru)(ru)吹掃裝(zhuang)置內,然后向吹掃罐(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)通入(ru)(ru)惰(duo)性氣體,將待測(ce)(ce)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)樣(yang)中(zhong)(zhong)VOCs組分(fen)吹出(chu),通過除水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置去除吹脫混合氣中(zhong)(zhong)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)分(fen),再將除水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)后的VOCs組分(fen)在(zai)(zai)捕集(ji)阱(jing)中(zhong)(zhong)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)富(fu)集(ji),最(zui)后啟動(dong)加熱解(jie)吸,通過載氣將解(jie)吸后的VOCs組分(fen)帶入(ru)(ru)色譜進(jin)(jin)行(xing)分(fen)離分(fen)析,獲得(de)各(ge)組分(fen)濃度。
HMA-2000系(xi)列重金屬在(zai)(zai)線分析儀采用陽極(ji)溶(rong)(rong)出伏安法檢測原理(li)。經預處理(li)的水樣在(zai)(zai)高溫高壓消解(jie)后,與電(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye)在(zai)(zai)檢測池(chi)內混(hun)(hun)合(he),然后在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)上施加一(yi)還原電(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)將混(hun)(hun)合(he)液(ye)中的待測金屬離子富(fu)集在(zai)(zai)工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,再(zai)按(an)階梯脈(mo)沖方式持續改變外加電(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi),使(shi)富(fu)集在(zai)(zai)工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)上的金屬元素溶(rong)(rong)出,并檢測溶(rong)(rong)出時(shi)的電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)信號強度,根據(ju)溶(rong)(rong)出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)信號峰強度換算得(de)到被測組分的濃度。該系(xi)列中具(ju)體儀器(qi)如(ru)下: HMA-2000(Pb) HMA-2000(Cd) HMA-2000(As) HMA-2000(Hg)
HMA-2000系列(lie)重金屬(shu)在線分析儀采用(yong)陽極(ji)溶出(chu)(chu)(chu)伏安法(fa)檢(jian)測原理。經(jing)預(yu)處理的(de)(de)水樣在高溫(wen)高壓消解(jie)(jie)后(hou),與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液在檢(jian)測池內混合(he)(he),然(ran)后(hou)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang)施加(jia)一還原電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)將混合(he)(he)液中(zhong)的(de)(de)待(dai)測金屬(shu)離子富集在工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang),再按階梯脈(mo)沖方式持(chi)續改變外加(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi),使(shi)富集在工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang)的(de)(de)金屬(shu)元素溶出(chu)(chu)(chu),并檢(jian)測溶出(chu)(chu)(chu)時的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流信號強度,根據(ju)溶出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流信號峰強度換算(suan)得到被測組分的(de)(de)濃度。
